Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a Power Systems focus.
- 8+ years in electrical utilities, grid planning, or power systems engineering.
- Deep knowledge of smart grid tech and grid modernization.
- Proficiency with power system analysis tools (PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD).
- Experience with SCADA, substation automation, and comms networks.
- Strong remote collaboration and project leadership in distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans for grid modernization projects.
- Analyze grid gaps to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Design and integrate smart grid tech (SCADA, AMI, PMU, ADMS).
- Assess renewable integration for stability and compliance.
- Conduct power flow, fault, and stability studies.
