Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Power Systems focus preferred.
• 12+ years in electrical engineering, substation design, and infrastructure development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License; multi-state preferred.
• Experience with IEEE, NEC, NESC, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for electrical engineering discipline including substation design, HV/MV systems, P&C, SCADA/automation, and power delivery.
• Review permit applications, one-line/three-line diagrams, protection schemes and grounding plans for compliance.
• Lead large-scale substation projects (greenfield/brownfield AIS/GIS); manage scope, schedule, budgets, and EPC teams.
• Drive business development and project execution for electrical infrastructure and grid modernization.
• Lead client presentations, technical proposals, and risk assessments.
