Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and ensures profitability; reviews client billings and ensures timely payments.
• Monitors project status and risks; escalates as appropriate and manages changes.
