Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations expertise. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets, manage costs and profitability, and coordinate client billings and subcontractor invoices to ensure timely payments.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 13+ years of experience, and PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with associated work breakdown structures and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and is responsible for profitability.
• Coordinates and reviews subcontractor/vendor invoices to ensure timely payment.
