Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepare detailed statements of work and work breakdown structures.
• Manage project costs to ensure profitability and timely client billings.
• Coordinate submittals and change management with internal/external stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers and coordinate with construction activities.
• Prepare monthly reports, bid packages, and contract modifications.
