Job summary

The role includes coordinating with stakeholders, preparing bid packages, and mentoring junior PMs. Ideal candidates have 13+ years in project management, a relevant degree, and PMI/DBIA/CCM certification within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepares statements of work and work breakdown structures; gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability; ensures timely client billings and payments.
• Reviews subcontractor/vendor invoices and ensures timely payment to outside resources.
• Monitors project status, risks, and change management; escalates issues as needed.
• Prepares project schedule/timeline and in-house construction budgets by group.
