Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations expertise. You will lead project definitions, schedules, and budgets, and manage client billings and subcontractor invoices.

Travel up to 10% is expected, with mentorship of less experienced project managers. Required are a Bachelor's degree, 13+ years' experience, and PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within a year of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepares statements of work with work breakdown structures and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings to ensure timely payment and approves subcontractor invoices.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Coordinates and monitors technical work of each task and deliverable.
• Prepares project closeout, lessons learned, monthly reports and bid packages.
