Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Services Group (QISG) is seeking a Construction Manager to provide on-site oversight, coordination, and technical leadership for project construction. You will work with discipline supervisors to ensure alignment with specifications, budgets and schedules.

The role requires a strong background in high voltage facilities and EPC experience, with 20–25 years in substation construction. Travel and direct site leadership are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management is preferred.
• Experience in EPC projects in electric power delivery is preferred.
• 20–25 years of substation or related facility construction experience.
• Strong technical background in high voltage electrical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and coordinate with discipline supervisors.
• Integrate safety into project plans and train teams.
• Supervise productivity, material usage and schedule adherence.
• Review subcontractor work packages and progress.
• Assist with scope development and issue resolution.
• Lead daily site coordination meetings with subcontractors.
• Ensure environmental, regulatory and safety compliance.
• Support start-up, commissioning and testing activities.
