Quanta Infrastructure Services Group (QISG) seeks a Construction Manager to provide on-site oversight, coordination, management and technical expertise for all aspects of project construction and interfaces on a daily basis with discipline supervisors and the site safety advisor to ensure project specifications are followed and work proceeds on schedule within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.
• 20–25 years of substation or related facility construction experience.
• Strong technical background in high‑voltage facilities and subsystems.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and coordinate discipline supervisors and project manager.
• Integrate safety into project plans and reinforce safety policies.
• Review subcontractor work packages and ensure contractual performance.
• Conduct daily site coordination meetings with all subcontractors.
• Assist discipline supervisors with project scope development and issue resolution.
• Ensure environmental, regulatory and safety requirements are followed.
