Job summary

Consortia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the subscription experience, guiding the roadmap from ideation to launch with an obsession for data-driven growth. You will lead high-velocity experiments, collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and architecture, and drive customer-centric decisions to scale a fast-growing, Europe-based remote team.

You will conduct interviews, segmentation, and behavioural analyses to prioritise work that delivers measurable value, leveraging KPI

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management
• Proven experience with subscription business models
• Demonstrated expertise in running A/B tests and data-driven decision making
• Ability to influence product vision and strategic direction, not just delivery
• Strong understanding of KPI like LTV, churn, activation in subscription contexts

Responsibilities

• Own the subscription product roadmap end-to-end from ideation through launch and iterations
• Lead optimisation, funnel performance, and experimentation programs
• Conduct customer interviews, segmentation studies, and analyze behavioural data
• Prioritise ruthlessly using data and business context to deliver measurable value
• Collaborate with engineering to ship features at pace
