Job summary

1KOMMA5° is building a scalable subscription platform and customer experience for recurring revenue such as Heartbeat AI with Dynamic Pulse, service contracts for PV systems, batteries, and heat pumps. The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end journey from booking to activation, enabling fast launches in new markets.

Qualifications

• Several years of product management experience with measurable impact.
• Hands-on with subscription or recurring revenue products: pricing, billing, lifecycle.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products such as booking or checkout flows.
• Experience with international rollouts.
• Data-driven roadmap tied to KPIs and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and roadmap for booking and subscriptions; grow recurring revenue.
• Improve conversion along the customer journey via discovery, insights, and A/B tests.
• Enable fast launches of subscriptions, pricing, and promotions in new markets.
• Partner with engineering to shape the subscription platform foundations.
• Collaborate with Payments, Energy and CRM across the customer lifecycle.
