Job summary

OneSkin seeks a Product Manager to own retention and the subscriber experience across platforms, shaping strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution with growth, data, design, and development partners.

You will improve engagement, lifetime value, renewal flows, and reduce churn through evidence-based decisions, experiments, and AI-assisted automation. This role is fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to analyze customer data and automate repetitive work.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to own retention and post-purchase product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase product experience, including onboarding, subscription management, and loyalty programs.
• Optimize early user experiences to accelerate realization of core product value.
• Build features and experiences (streaks, reminders, triggers, re-engagement) to improve retention.
• Manage the subscriber account experience end-to-end and map journeys to reduce friction and churn.
• Lead subscription platform strategy using data-driven decision making and cohort analysis.
• Design and run disciplined A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive business outcomes.
• Monitor data quality to prevent breakages from impacting reporting and outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive work while preserving critical thinking.
