Job summary

1KOMMA5° GmbH in Germany is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the subscription platform and customer experience for recurring revenue, including booking to activation across Heartbeat AI and solar service contracts.

You will define product strategy, drive conversion, launch new subscriptions in new markets, and partner with Payments, Energy and CRM. Fluent English and German are required; remote work across Germany with offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Munich.

Qualifications

Several years of product management with measurable business impact.
Hands-on experience with subscription or recurring-revenue products: pricing, billing, lifecycle.
Experience with consumer-facing digital products like booking or checkout flows.
Experience with international rollouts.
Using AI and no-code tools to prototype and speed up PM work.
Data-driven approach tying roadmap to KPIs with experiments.
Fluent English and German; ability to align stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

Set product strategy and roadmap for booking and subscriptions and drive recurring revenue.
Improve conversion along the customer journey using discovery, insights and A/B tests.
Make it fast to launch new subscriptions, prices and promotions in new markets.
Shape the foundation of the subscription platform with the engineering team.
Partner with Payments, Energy and CRM to enable lifecycle support.
