Jobgether is seeking a customer-focused specialist to support insurance-related inquiries. You will conduct professional interviews, verify information, and resolve concerns while using multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers remote flexibility for eligible U.S. states, with emphasis on accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and collaborative problem-solving within a supportive team.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service or office experience with phone/computer tools.
• Residence in GA, FL, PA, KY, TX, WI, or MI at hire and during employment.
• Full-time availability, Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM Central Time.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional, customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to third-party liability and subrogation.
• Interview customers to collect, verify, and document information on accidents, injuries, and claims.
• Assess needs, research inquiries, resolve issues, and determine next steps per procedures.
• Navigate multiple applications while communicating with customers and updating case info.
• Maintain complete, accurate, timely records of all interactions.
• Protect sensitive information and comply with HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and support recovery initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and share feedback with leadership.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced colleagues when needed.
