Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service resolving issues
• US work authorization
• Residence in GA, FL, PA, KY, TX, WI, or MI at hire and during employment
• Ability to navigate multiple applications while speaking with customers

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to third-party liability and subrogation.
• Conduct professional interviews to collect, verify, and document information about accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and related claims.
• Assess customer needs, research inquiries, resolve issues, and determine next steps per procedures.
• Navigate multiple computer applications while updating case information and communicating with customers.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records of all interactions.
• Protect sensitive information and comply with HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and support recovery initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced colleagues when needed.
