Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year degree relating to engineering technologies preferred.
• 10 years of related experience and training.
• Knowledge of SUBSAFE requirements preferred.
• Proven track record in military marine program management.
• Experience in engineering / construction / operation in marine industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate with Vice President SIB in developing overall SIB strategy.
• Responsible for execution against approved strategy and contract compliance.
• Accountable for overall SIB business performance and expansion.
• Liaise with customer, develop reporting, and ensure bids are compliant.
• Provide direction for labor and material estimates and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop program resource forecasts and ensure project on-time delivery within budget.
• Identify risks and opportunities, manage changes, and monitor regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and promote a culture of compliance.
