Advanced Technology International seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead or technically guide submarine and shipbuilding initiatives within the defense industrial base. The role supports strategic leadership, customer engagement, and portfolio performance across cross-functional teams, reporting to ATI leadership.

The candidate will manage complex programs, coordinate with government sponsors and industry stakeholders, and ensure compliance, staffing, and financial performance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Eight+ years of related experience; PMP preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

Responsibilities

• Supports ATI’s submarine and shipbuilding industrial base mission in a high-visibility, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Leads managers, project managers, technical staff, and cross-functional teams in execution of complex portfolios.
• Guides program strategy, scope, and performance reporting across multiple projects.
• Ensures disciplined execution of contracts, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Represents program leadership in executive-level customer interactions and major program reviews.
