As the primary customer interface, you will guide program reviews, shape strategy, and communicate progress across milestones.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Extensive knowledge of submarine configuration and operation.
• Nuclear power qualified.
• Confidential Clearance

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Manage all aspects of manual change development and incorporation for submarine libraries.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs.
• Interacting with the NNS Planning Yard and NAVSEA for shipboard libraries.
• Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions.
• Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
