Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Submarine Project Manager to lead a team supporting US Navy submarine programs from the Team Submarine contract under the In-Service team in the Washington, D.C. area.

You will manage customer relationships, lead reviews, and deliver on cost and schedule commitments while ensuring safety and performance targets are met. The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a strong background in Navy acquisition and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis
• Knowledge and experience with Navy acquisition and submarine programs
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DOD Secret Clearance
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Be the primary customer contact for all activities and update the customer on project status
• Lead program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Provide acquisition management planning and execution support
• Serve as single point of contact for contract management related issues and prepare reports and presentations
• Develop and monitor program plans including time and cost estimates to ensure on-schedule delivery
