ORBIS Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) and associated SHAPM program offices. The role oversees planning, direction, and execution of large, multi-year submarine construction and maintenance programs with emphasis on schedule, cost, and technical strategy.

The position requires 15+ years of program management experience in ship/submarine contexts, U.S. citizenship, and a secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or managerial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall planning and direction of major programs and multi-year efforts.
• Define and negotiate program resources with activity and agency personnel.
• Establish and control milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs for submarine programs.
• Guide the technical approach of programs and ensure alignment with agency needs.
• Manage testing and evaluation schedules for major ship/submarine programs.
