Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Supervisor to lead a staff in evaluating proposals, pricing, and contracts. The role manages subcontract POs, conducts audits, and guides negotiations to align with program budgets and delivery goals.

The position requires extensive experience in subcontracting, strong data reporting skills, and leadership to train and develop the Subcontracts team while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related experience and/or training with 5 years management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge/experience with program scheduling, planning, proposal pricing.
• Experience compiling, charting, reporting and presenting detailed subcontract data to management

Responsibilities

• Supervises the award of subcontracts in line with budgets and delivery requirements.
• Reviews and approves all subcontract POs within signing authority and ensures regulatory adherence.
• Ensures audits of subcontractors per government requirements.
• Assists in negotiations for subcontract definition.
• Performs special assignments at the Director/VP level of Subcontracts.
• Investigates and evaluates potential new sources.
• Prepares reports on proposal pricing, lead times and shortages for management.
• Submits subcontract status reports bi-weekly to the Director of Subcontracts.
• Contributes to annual operating budget input and plans.
• Manages subcontracts to meet strategic and budgetary objectives.
