• Supply Management experience required.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontract work.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements within authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and administer subcontracts.
