Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Manager to oversee subcontract formation and administration, review proposals, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/DCAA for complex government contracts.

You will negotiate terms, manage small business plans, monitor subcontractor performance, and maintain records, while collaborating with internal teams and external customers on ERP-driven reporting.

Competenze

• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA and other agency regulations.
• Familiar with DCAA audits.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and exhibit problem-solving skills.
• Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct with safe work practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
• Eight (8)+ years of subcontract management experience on government contracts.

Mansioni

• Responsible for all aspects of subcontract formation and administration.
• Support general procurement activities as required.
• Evaluates requirements and prepares RFQ/RFPs with correct prime flow-down provisions.
• Evaluates subcontractor proposals including risk and cost analyses.
• Develops negotiation strategy and negotiates and awards subcontracts.
• Produces and maintains all subcontract records.
• Develops and documents small business plans per government regulations.
• Monitors performance and closeout of subcontracts.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external customers.
• Prepares and negotiates other agreements when requested.
• Updates department policies and procedures and researches current regulations.
• Participates in special projects; works with ERP for tracking and reporting.
• Other duties may be assigned.
