Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, government contracting environment, or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of government contract structures, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting proposal pricing and financial strategy for government contracts.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare and manage monthly spend plans aligned with project objectives and funding.
• Monitor performance against budget, identify risks and variances, propose corrective actions.
• Support proposal development and pricing across government contract types.
• Provide cost and schedule analysis, performance reporting, and decision-support.
• Collaborate with program management, contracts, supply chain, operations, and finance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting relating to revenue, cost, and cash flow.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements, and government regs.
