Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Senior Subcontracts Manager for its Teledyne Scientific operations in Thousand Oaks. You will lead subcontract formation, negotiation and administration for complex government projects, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and DCAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA and other agency regulations.
• Familiar with DCAA audits.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
• Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of subcontract formation and administration.
• Support general procurement activities as required.
• Evaluates requirements and prepares RFQ/RFPs with correct prime contract flow-down provisions.
• Evaluates subcontractor proposals including risk assessments and cost analysis.
• Develops negotiation strategy and negotiates and awards subcontracts.
• Produces and maintains all subcontract records.
• Develops small business plans in accordance with government regulations.
• Monitors performance of subcontractors and negotiates changes.
