• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to leadership.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, negotiate and manage highly complex subcontracts with minimal supervision.
• Solicit proposals, write packages, review, award and administer subcontracts.
• Lead complex subcontract negotiations to meet cost and schedule goals.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop subcontracting strategies for proposals and tailor requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and Viasat policies.
