RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a MRAD Proposal Integration Lead to independently drive end-to-end subcontract proposal processes, SSOW development, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, contracts, pricing, and supply chain.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation controls, and a structured readiness-review approach to ensure compliant, cost-accurate, on-time proposals. A strong background in proposal management is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting proposals and SSOW/SOW development.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and facilitation skills.
• Excellent technical writing and document integration abilities.
• Experience with proposal documentation repositories (RShare/SharePoint).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end subcontract proposal process and SSOW development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers for aligned proposals.
• Manage proposal schedule, milestones, and revisions for audit readiness.
• Maintain proposal archives, governance, and document controls.
• Lead recurring proposal meetings and readiness reviews with pricing, engineering, and program teams.
