Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Leader to support proposal activities for the LTAMDS/GhostEye portfolio. This onsite role in Andover, MA requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

You will lead supplier proposal support, develop strategies aligned with business goals, monitor budgets, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams to improve OSC effectiveness and on-time program results.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience with substantial relevant experience.
• Experience in supply chain, operations, program management, or supplier management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier proposal support activities for the LTAMDS/GhostEye portfolio.
• Develop and communicate strategies aligned with business and supply chain goals.
• Support planning, execution and reporting of material and labor budgets.
• Serve as a key contributor in a Cross Business Team environment.
• Support leadership reviews and gate/monthly reviews.
• Execute make/buy/where processes and risk/opportunity plans.
