Job summary

RTX, an aerospace and defense leader, seeks a Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) Proposal Integration Lead in Andover, MA. This hybrid/onsite role leads end-to-end subcontract proposals, aligning technical, supplier, and program teams to deliver compliant, cost-accurate packages.

You will manage SSOW development, supplier coordination, governance, and proposal documentation, with emphasis on cross-functional leadership and structured readiness reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience OR an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience supporting proposals, SSOW/SOW development, supplier management, or related program execution activities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate complex working sessions.
• Strong technical writing, document integration, schedule management, and communication skills.
• Experience with proposal documentation, configuration control, or structured document repositories (e.g. RShare, SharePoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive action‑item closure, and maintain alignment across engineering, supply chain, subcontract management, and pricing teams.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to learn proposal‑specific toolsets (e.g. SBT).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end subcontract proposal process and align technical, functional, supplier, and program teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Subcontract Managers for cross-functional integration.
• Plan, facilitate, and document technical exchanges, schedule updates, pricing reviews, and risk assessments.
• Route and coordinate cross-functional responses to supplier inquiries and assess scope changes.
• Develop and maintain the supplier proposal schedule, milestones, and dependencies for SSOW creation and reviews.
• Maintain proposal files, trackers, meeting records, action logs and revision histories for audit readiness.
