Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts (e.g. FFP, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ, OTA) and managing critical supplier constraints.
• Experience with Federal and State Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and working as a U.S. Person or eligible for export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact and relationship owner for Mercury Systems for LTAMDS, overseeing all subcontract activities.
• Drive performance improvements in a highly challenging supplier environment and enforce accountability.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Lead negotiation strategies and long‑term agreements to support program objectives.
• Develop and execute supplier management strategies that mitigate risk and ensure readiness and capability.
• Prepare and deliver status updates, performance metrics, and escalation reports to leadership.
