RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, invites you to join the LTAMDS finance team within the LADS Sub-Business Unit as an Operations and/or Supply Chain Finance Manager supporting a growing development portfolio for LTAMDS and its variants with cross-SSBU exposure and coordination.

The ideal candidate will provide accurate and insightful management analysis with recommendations to meet cost and schedule baselines, while maximizing financial objectives for the company and shareholders.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years
• Experience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems
• Experience with SAP, APEX, AO and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple junior analysts in process improvements and reporting efficiencies
• Meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
• Use strong analytics to drive informed business decisions
• Exercise financial independence with strong business acumen in LTAMDS programs
• Interpret and implement Raytheon Financial Policies in daily communications
• Support creation of Estimate at Complete (EACs) quarterly
• Perform detailed financial analysis for total program and mission cost elements
• Prepare program forecasts and explain variances to plans
• Assist in cost estimates for new proposals and basis of estimates
• Develop and maintain WBS in SAP预算 and planning tools
• Conduct monthly Earned Value reporting including LREs, BCRs, and IMS updates
