Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corp. is seeking a senior role in Subcontract Management to oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex programs. This position includes developing specifications, managing proposals, and negotiating with multiple vendors.

You will require extensive experience in aerospace procurement, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on government contracts. A US citizen with a current TS clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or contract management within aerospace, defense, or similar regulated industries.
• Experience managing high-value subcontract portfolios with multiple vendors; full lifecycle exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
• Lead development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals and negotiate subcontract provisions.
