Job summary

RTX Corporation seeks a Senior Subcontract Manager to lead LTAMDS subcontract activities, manage a challenging supplier environment, and ensure alignment with program objectives. You will negotiate terms, monitor performance, and coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Legal to drive success.

This on-site role may require travel to supplier locations and RTX facilities, with a focus on delivering compliant, cost-effective subcontract solutions within a complex defense program.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ, OTA).
• Experience with FAR/DFAR.
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact and relationship owner for Mercury Systems for LTAMDS, overseeing all subcontract activities.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and enforce accountability.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Lead negotiation strategies, contract modifications, and long-term agreements.
• Develop and execute supplier management strategies to mitigate risk and ensure readiness.
• Prepare and deliver status updates, metrics, and escalation reports to program leadership and cross-functional teams.
