Job summary

RTX is seeking an LTAMDS Principal Program Execution Lead to be located on-site in Tewksbury, MA. The role drives cost/schedule, manages risk, and coordinates across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver complex hardware on time.

You will lead EAC reviews, analyze financial data, and ensure EVMS alignment while coordinating hand-offs and QA dispositions within ERBS. U.S. citizenship and security clearance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience presenting EACs to leadership.
• Understanding of procurement processes and requirements.
• Experience managing personnel, schedule, and budget in engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Lead EAC reviews with department manager for LTAMDS work in ERBS.
• Drive priorities amid aggressive schedules and manage cost/schedule.
• Analyze financial data to drive program health and provide variance explanations.
• Coordinate interactions between engineering, manufacturing and suppliers.
• Plan, schedule and manage material procurement for the program.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with buyers and suppliers.
• Lead build activity through ERBS assembly areas and address non-conformances.
• Provide EVMS support and program status to IPT Leads and PMO.
• Coordinate QA dispositioning and hand-offs of completed hardware.
