Job summary

Amex GBT seeks a Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team for a single enterprise client. You will own resourcing, quality, and reporting across the client’s calendar of meetings and events, serving as the daily contact for event leadership.

You will manage staffing, delivery against the SOW, governance, and on-site escalation resolutions, with strong Cvent and enterprise tool usage.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in corporate meetings and events with client leadership experience.
• Directly led ten or more planners inside a client environment.
• Experience running a client statement of work with service levels and reviews.
• Portfolio includes multi-day programs with budgets above $1M.
• Deep knowledge of workflow across sourcing, planning, registration, and onsite delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account team and own staffing, performance, and development.
• Serve as daily client contact for portfolio performance and risk awareness.
• Own delivery against the statement of work, service levels, and scope.
• Run calendar resourcing and advise staffing changes as needs evolve.
• Lead governance with Account Management, including executive reviews.
• Own account reporting and cost reporting across programs.
