American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team serving a major enterprise client. You will own resourcing, quality, and reporting across the client’s calendar of meetings and events, and act as the daily liaison for event leadership.

You will oversee staffing, governance, and delivery against the statement of work, with a focus on escalations, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration within the Experience Studio.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years in corporate meetings and events.
• Direct leadership of ten or more planners.
• Experience running delivery under a client statement of work.
• Budgeting, scheduling, and program reporting experience.
• Portfolio scale: dozens of programs yearly with budgets over $1M.
• Knowledge of venue sourcing, contracts, budgets, registrations, onsite delivery.
• Staffing forecasting and contingency planning.
• Executive presence for business reviews.
• Ability to lead with data and governance.
• CMP or CMM certification preferred; experience launching a new team.

Aufgaben

• Lead the dedicated account team, including senior event staff, with hiring and development responsibility.
• Serve as the daily contact for the client's event leadership and risk reviews.
• Own delivery against the statement of work and service levels.
• Run resourcing across the full calendar and adjust staffing as needs evolve.
• Lead governance with Account Management and publish performance data.
• Own account reporting and cost reporting for the client.
• Set and audit quality standards for sourcing, budgets, and onsite delivery.
• Address escalations with recommendations or resolutions onsite when needed.
• Ensure onboarding to client systems and smooth handoffs between teams.
• Collaborate with Head of Event Operations on planning and staffing forecasts.
