Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team for a major enterprise client. You will own staffing, quality, and reporting across the complete program calendar and serve as the daily liaison to the client's event leadership.

You will drive delivery against the statement of work, oversee staffing changes, and manage governance and reporting cycles to deliver value and savings.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in corporate meetings and events.
• Direct leadership of ten or more planners working inside a client's systems.
• Experience running delivery under a client statement of work with service levels and scope control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account team, including a Senior Event Producer, a Senior Sourcing Manager, Senior Event Managers, Event Managers, Attendee Experience Coordinators, and a trade show team.
• Serve as the daily contact for the client's event leadership and report portfolio performance and risks.
• Own delivery against the statement of work: service levels, scope and quality of every program touchpoint.
• Run resourcing across the full calendar and balance workloads with peak support.
• Own governance with Account Management, including monthly reviews and quarterly/6-month reviews with data.
