Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team for a key enterprise client in the United States. You will own resourcing, quality, and reporting across the full calendar of meetings and events, serving as the daily contact for client leadership and driving program delivery against the statement of work.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in corporate meetings and events leadership.
• Direct leadership of 10+ planners within a client environment.
• Experience running delivery under a client statement of work with reviews.
• Portfolio manages dozens of programs including multi-day events and budgets >$1M.
• Broad knowledge of team functions from sourcing to onsite delivery.
• Forecasting workload and staffing to match program needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account team and manage hiring, assignments, and performance.
• Be the daily contact for event leadership on portfolio performance and risks.
• Oversee delivery against the statement of work and service levels.
• Run staffing across the full calendar, balancing workloads and peak support.
• Lead governance with Account Management via monthly and 90/180 day reviews.
• Own account reporting, including event activity and cost reporting.
