American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team for a single enterprise client. You will own resourcing, quality, and reporting across the program calendar while acting as the daily client contact for event leadership.

You will drive governance, staffing decisions, and on-site delivery, partnering with Account Management on planning and change requests to ensure exceptional program performance and measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in corporate meetings and events with leadership experience.
• Direct leadership of ten or more planners on a client program.
• Experience running delivery under a client statement of work.
• Portfolio scale including multi-day programs and budgets over $1M.
• Broad knowledge of all team functions from sourcing to onsite delivery.
• Capacity planning to forecast workload and staffing needs.
• Executive presence to lead reviews with client leaders.
• Proven people leadership and performance management.
• Strong Cvent and enterprise tools experience.
• CMP or CMM certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the dedicated account team with hiring, assignments, and coverage.
• Serve as the daily contact for the client's event leadership.
• Own delivery against the statement of work and quality standards.
• Run resourcing across the full calendar and balance workloads.
• Manage governance with monthly reviews and 90/6 month assessments.
• Own account reporting for event activity and costs.
• Set and audit quality standards for each function.
• Handle escalations and provide resolutions, onsite when needed.
• Onboard onto client systems including its Cvent instance and data standards.
• Partner on account planning, scope management, and staffing forecasts.
