Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team for a major enterprise client. You will own resourcing, quality, and reporting across the client’s calendar of meetings and events, serving as the daily contact for event leadership.

You will manage staffing, governance reviews, and account reporting, and you will escalate and resolve issues on flagship programs, often onsite if needed.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in corporate meetings and events, with 5+ years leading a dedicated client team.
• Direct leadership of 10+ planners inside a client’s systems.
• Experience running delivery under a client SOW with service levels and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account team and own staffing, performance and coverage across the program calendar.
• Serve as the daily client contact for portfolio performance, risks, and decisions.
• Own delivery against the SOW: service levels, scope, and quality of every program.
