Job summary

The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) invites applications for a Student Services Specialist at GateWay Community College. This full-time position supports admissions, records, and registration, serving students, staff, and the public with accurate information and timely service.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and experience with enrollment processes. Work schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with some evenings/weekends; 12-month calendar; salary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• One year of full-time student services or related experience OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with admissions, records, and registration processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enrollment services including admissions, placement testing, and registration.
• Support call center and front desk, delivering high levels of customer service.
• Process transcripts, transfer credits, and enrollment verifications.
• Support Dual Enrollment and related programs, update CRM data.
• Monitor enrollment reports for compliance; perform other duties as assigned.
