Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is seeking a Student Services Specialist for the Southern Location to provide frontline student services, support enrollment processes, and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems. The role supports workforce development pathways and coordinates daily site operations.

Responsibilities include guiding students through intake, enrollment, and testing, maintaining records, and collaborating with college departments to improve service delivery

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 1 year full-time student services or related experience.
• Equivalent combination of degree and related full-time work experience.
• Customer service and data/tracking experience is desirable.
• Experience with Google Suite, MS Office, databases or spreadsheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line student services and operational support to students, staff and the public.
• Maintain data quality across SIS, CRM, LACES, and related systems; support reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate daily site operations and train staff on procedures and workflows.
• Perform other program, administrative, and student services duties as assigned.
