The role focuses on leadership, staff development, client relationship growth, and expanding our presence in current markets and new markets across the country. The leader will manage staff, operations, and revenue growth, collaborating with executive leadership and office teams to secure new work, deliver complex projects, and build local structural

Qualifications

• PE license is required or actively pursuing licensure.
• 15+ years of structural engineering experience focused on building design and structural systems.
• Experience leading staff and delivering projects from proposal through construction administration.
• Strong ability to develop contracts, scopes, fees, budgets, staffing plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead vertical structural engineering services across markets and oversee staff, projects and growth.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans with executive leadership and business development teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, owners, and industry partners.
• Lead project pursuits including client meetings, strategy, fee development, proposals and interviews.
• Oversee project delivery from proposal through construction administration, including planning, staffing and budgeting.
• Provide technical leadership for building structural projects and ensure quality and constructability.
