The ideal candidate has 20+ years of civil/structural drafting experience, knowledge of AISC/ACI standards, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating with designers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Mentor entry-level designers and coordinate with discipline leads.
• Produce man-hour estimates and manage scope changes.
