You will lead discipline estimators, drive schedules, and ensure accurate takeoffs across architectural, structural, and finish systems. The role emphasizes collaboration with estimators, engineers, and clients, with flexibility in work location and potential travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience developing cost estimates for building projects across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of architectural systems, structural elements, and finishes.
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline estimating teams and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate development of multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules.
• Develop detailed estimates for architectural systems, building envelope, interiors, finishes, doors/hardware, and more.
• Support procurement, change and claims valuation, and negotiations.
• Coordinate input parameters for cost estimates and schedules.
• Interface with management and clients for scope alignment and defensible estimates.
• Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to risk analyses.
