Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Estimator to lead multi-discipline cost estimates for complex building and facility projects. You will coordinate discipline estimators, develop schedules, and provide constructability input across global projects from $1M to $2B.

The role requires strong experience with architectural systems, structural steel, concrete, and multi-discipline coordination. Travel may be domestic or international.

Qualifications

• Extensive estimating experience for buildings and facilities.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple disciplines in one estimate.
• Experience with industrial, commercial, institutional projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate inputs from estimators and design teams.
• Provide constructability input and risk analysis.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders on estimates.
