Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop, manage, and coordinate cost estimates for diverse building and facility projects worldwide. You will lead a team of discipline estimators and support multi‑discipline coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP scopes.

The role requires extensive experience in building/facility estimating, strong client communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Operations Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in an estimating and construction role.
• Experience with multidisciplinary estimating and coordinating civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the development of multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Develop detailed estimates for architectural systems, building envelope, interiors, finishes, and related components.
• Coordinate input from estimating disciplines and ensure estimate defensibility for clients.
