Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer (PE or Senior EIT) for a USA hybrid role. You will lead project components, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on diverse sectors.

Requires 6+ years of structural engineering experience, a PE license or Senior EIT pursuing PE, a BS in Structural or Civil Engineering, and proficiency with US codes (IBC/ACI/AISC) and tools (RISA, ETABS, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD).

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of structural engineering project experience.
• PE license or Senior EIT candidate planning to take PE exam within 6 months.
• BS in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of US codes and standards (IBC, ACI, AISC).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project components and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sectors.
• Prepare calculations, plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Perform construction administration duties and site visits.
