Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer for a USA-hybrid role. The candidate should have 6+ years of project experience and hold a PE license or be an active Senior EIT preparing for the PE exam.

You will lead complex structural analyses across sectors, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff while growing into senior technical or project leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of structural engineering project experience.
• PE license or Senior EIT preparing to sit within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of USA codes (IBC/ACI/AISC).

Responsibilities

• Lead project components and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Collaborate with EOR and disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform Construction Administration and field observations.
• Travel for project-related activities as needed.
