Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer (PE or Senior EIT) for a USA hybrid role. The candidate should have 6+ years of structural project experience, a PE license or be a Senior EIT candidate planning to take the PE exam within six months, and a Bachelor’s in Structural or Civil Engineering.

Proficiency in RISA, ETABS, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools is essential. The ideal candidate will work with EOR teams, mentor staff, and contribute to design solutions across manufacturing,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant structural engineering project experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Senior EIT candidate planning to take PE exam within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking and initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of USA National codes and standards (IBC, ACI, AISC).
• Strong technical software skills: RISA, ETABS, BIM tools, Revit, AutoCAD.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project components with senior review.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and other documents.
• Exercise judgment on engineering details and alternatives.
• Perform Construction Administration duties including field observations and RFIs.
• Travel for project activities and client visits in the United States.
